About CryptoMail

Because our mission is to promote the freedom of private communications, we provide technology for secure communications. Our background is deeply rooted in concern, and we have never forgotten the problems with web based Email services that never make our privacy a first priority. CryptoMail.org established the organization to shed light on the security problems of web based Email.

CodeCon 2002, Rubi Con 2002, LayerOne 2004, HOPE 2004, DefCon 12 and Toorcon 2004Since the first release of the CryptoMail Email System in the Spring of 2000, we presented our organization's code at CodeCon 2002, Rubi Con 2002, LayOne 2004, HOPE 2004, DefCon 12 and Toorcon 2004. Today, thousands of people have downloaded CryptoMail Email System and have tried the CryptoMail Service. In the coming years, we will continually expand our efforts to achieve our mission by developing and adopting open standards into our software.

Because of the efforts of our members and alliances, CrytpoMail.org is able to achieve our objectives with each subsequent release of the CryptoMail Email System. We would like to give our deepest gratitude to our members and alliance partners who make up our organization. Moreover, from time to time, your donations will afford us the ability to provide our free service to the continually growing base of users for people like you.

If you are interested in becoming a member or an alliance partner, please contact Joshua Teitelbaum (joshuat@cryptomail.org).
